  • 3 to 4 cups ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup raw mango
  • a cup of sugar
  • 5 cups water
  • two mint leaves

Fruity Recipe

  • To make Fruity, first wash the mangoes and peel them off.
  • Now cut the mangoes into small pieces.
  • Now put ripe mangoes and raw mangoes and sugar in a big pan and leave it to cook on a low flame.
  • When the sugar starts melting a little, add two cups of water and mix it well.
  • Keep in mind that after adding water, stir continuously for 5 minutes, then cover the pan.
  • Let it boil for 10 minutes, when the mango becomes soft, filter the water and remove it.
  • Keep the water to cool, and keep the pulp aside.
  • Put the pulp in a mixer grinder and sieve it well
  • Mix all these things in the stock obtained and dilute it slightly by adding 2 cups of water.
  • If you want thick fruity, you can keep it thick too.
  • Your fruity is ready, cool it by keeping it in the fridge and serve it at the time of Iftar by pouring it in a glass.
