TSDPL Silver Jubilee Scholarship Program: To provide financial assistance to meritorious students, Tata Steel Downstream Products Limited has come up with the scholarship. Under this scholarship, an amount of one lakh rupees will be given to the eligible students. This scholarship is for those students who come from low income family and who need financial assistance to continue their education. Applications are invited from eligible candidates under TSDPL Silver Jubilee Scholarship Program. This scholarship is for one year.

Who can apply

Students who are residents of places like Jamshedpur, Kalinganagar, Pantnagar, Faridabad, Pune, Chennai, Tada and Kolkata can get a scholarship of Rs 1,00,000 for any year of their ITI/Diploma, Graduation or Post Graduation degree. Courses for which candidates can avail this scholarship are – Nursing, UG Medical Courses like MBBS, BDS, PG Medical Courses, Paramedical Courses, ITI/Diploma Subjects like Fitter, Electrical, Welders Safety etc.

Understand the details of eligibility

To take advantage of this scholarship, it is necessary that the candidate must have secured at least 60 percent marks in class X and XII. The annual family income of the candidate from all sources should not exceed five lakhs for the year. Children of the employees working in this company cannot apply for this scholarship.

Preference will be given to

Girls students will be given preference for this scholarship. Along with this, preference will be given to physically handicapped and candidates belonging to SC, ST community. Along with this, students who have done well in sports or extracurricular activities at the district or national level will also be given importance.
