Shreyas Iyer Border-Gavaskar Trophy: The Test series between India and Australia will begin in Nagpur from 9 February. For this, both the teams are sweating profusely. Now Mayank, Sarfaraz or Abhimanyu can be given a chance in the absence of Iyer.

Team India’s experienced player Mayank Agarwal has not got a chance to play much in international matches. But he has given an impressive performance. Karnataka player Mayank has scored 6457 runs in 151 first class innings. He has scored 14 centuries and 35 half-centuries in this format. His best score has been an unbeaten 304 runs. He has scored 1488 runs in 36 Test innings for India. He has also scored 4 centuries and 6 half-centuries for India.

Abhimanyu Easwaran –

Abhimanyu Easwaran has also been in the limelight due to his strong performance. He can also get a chance in the Indian team in place of Shreyas Iyer. Easwaran has also played for India A. He has scored 6209 runs in 142 first class innings. Easwaran has scored 21 centuries and 25 half-centuries in this format. His best score has been 233 runs.
