5. Mizoram

7. Sikkim
One cannot visit the magnificent places like Tsongmo Lake, Goichla Track, Nathula, Yumthang, Gurudongmar Lake in Sikkim without a permit. To visit these very interesting places, you have to get an inner line permit. However, here the permit is made without paying any fee, that is, for free.
