People ate Ashwagandha leaves
Ashwagandha has its benefits, but do not consume its root or leaves after reading any general report. The Ministry of AYUSH has issued advisories several times from time to time regarding the use of Ayurvedic medicines during the Corona period. The Ministry of AYUSH has issued advisory regarding both Giloy and Ashwagandha. The ministry had to issue this advisory related to Ashwagandha leaves a year ago because a large number of people were using the leaves of Ashwagandha (Withania somniferal). Since, there was a rumor from somewhere that Kovid can be treated through these leaves.
After this, the Ministry of AYUSH also wrote a letter on 6 October 2021 to the ASU Drugs Manufacturing Association to ban the use of Ashwagandha leaves. Along with this, suggestions were sought from the academicians and doctors associated with Ayurveda regarding the use of Ashwagandha leaves.
These things are also important with Ashwagandha
According to the Ministry of AYUSH, no medicine or ayurvedic herbs are completely beneficial until the treatment related to the drug is taken properly. Along with this, eating habits and proper routine should not be followed. Because the human body is a kind of machine, it needs proper nutrition and maintenance. There are many reasons due to which we fall ill, this includes not getting the right food, water, air etc. Whenever a person consumes Ashwagandha, make sure to follow the right routine with it.
