Now Dr Shah will get a salary of Rs 30 to 55 lakh per month. Earlier, he was getting 18 to 30 lakh rupees every month. This is just the basic pay scale. After the hike in the basic pay scale, they will also get other benefits. For example, now his performance pay will be equal to 235 percent of the basic salary. The performance pay is decided both on the basis of the performance of the employee concerned and the performance of the company.

Dr Shah has these responsibilities

The company has stated in its annual report that its This increased salary of MD Dr. Shah will be applicable from August 1, 2023 and will be effective till March 31, 2025. He is currently holding the responsibility of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited as well as Chairman of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited and Mahindra Logistics Limited. Apart from this, he is also a non-independent director of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, Tech Mahindra Limited and Mahindra Holidays and Resorts Limited, Additional Director of Tech Mahindra Foundation and Senior Vice President of FICCI.

Dr. Anish Shah received a total payment of Rs 12.46 crore in the financial year ending March 31, 2023. It does not include the value of Aesop. Add the amount received from selling the shares received under ESOP, then Dr. Shah got a total of Rs 16.44 crore in the last financial year. Dr Shah held 1,88,882 shares of Mahindra Group as on March 31 this year.
