Now PFRDA has said that from January 1, 2023, the facility of online partial withdrawal from NPS through self-declaration will not be available.

After the implementation of the new rule, now any government sector employee, who wants to make partial withdrawal from NPS account. Instead of declaring himself, he will have to get the declaration done by the nodal. After this, they will be able to partially withdraw money from the NPS account.
The rules have not changed for these people
According to the regulator, this rule does not apply to NPS subscribers from the non-government sector. He can still partially withdraw money from NPS account with self declaration. This means that all subscribers of NPS and all corporate customers, except government employees, can withdraw money through the old process.
