3. Harmful Chemical: After burning, some harmful compounds called heterocyclic amines, acrylamide and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) begin to be produced in the food. According to experts, these compounds are produced when proteins and fats start reacting at high temperatures.
4. Indigestion Problem: Over-cooking or burning food destroys its nutritional value. Metabolism is affected by consuming such food. Indigestion problems can arise. There are many difficulties in digesting food. You may face many problems including acidity, intestinal problems and heartburn.
