For this, ID card, blood relation copy and ticket copy of both the passengers will have to be submitted to the nearest PRS counter.

How to transfer my train ticket?

Time limit for ticket transfer

The time limit for transfer of tickets may vary as per the guidelines of Indian Railways. According to the Railways, if any government employee wants to take advantage of this facility, then he will have to request 24 hours before the train schedule. For any marriage ceremony, celebration or personal matters, the request for ticket transfer has to be placed 48 hours before the departure of the train.
