In recent days, Shreyas was given six injections to get rid of the pain. But he kept refusing to undergo back surgery. It is believed that if Shreyas Iyer undergoes surgery, he will be away from cricket for at least six months. In such a situation, apart from IPL 2023, the captain of KKR can also be out of the World Cup. The 50-over World Cup will be played in India in October-November this year.
