After this, the Indian team declared its second innings by scoring 258 runs losing 2 wickets. Bangladesh got a target of 513 runs to win. In response, Bangladesh’s opening pair raised some hope by sharing 124 runs for the first wicket, but as soon as the first wicket fell, the batsmen started returning back to back to the pavilion and the whole team was reduced to 324 runs.
