JNU School of Indian Languages: Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) will soon start the School of Indian Languages. Under this, education will be done in different languages. While Tamil Nadu has given an amount of ten crores for the start of the School of Indian Language in JNU, Odisha, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Assam will also give an amount of ten crores separately. The university said that with this we will get a total fund of Rs 50 crore.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin recently sanctioned Rs 10 crore for Tamil studies. The Vice-Chancellor said that she is trying to contact different states in this regard. With the help of this school, deep knowledge of various Indian languages can be found. Let us inform that many language courses are already taught in the university. Now research, postgraduate and diploma courses will also be launched under the new plan.

The university also started Tamil Heritage Week and Indian Languages Week on Monday. Under this, the cultural diversity of India is being celebrated. Various centers will also be started under the School of Indian Language. The university will focus not only on literature but also on culture and history. Certificate, master’s program etc. will be offered in these centres.
