Team India captain Rohit Sharma cleverly indicated to take DRS but he did not complete it. Due to this, the on-field umpires also looked quite confused. In the 97th over of the Australian innings, Alex Carey missed playing on Mohammed Shami’s ball and the ball went straight to his pad. Indian players appealed for LBW on this but the on-field umpire rejected it.

Captain Rohit Sharma immediately talked to Shami and started pointing towards taking DRS with both his hands but did not complete the signal. Seeing this action of the Indian captain, along with all the players present on the field, the others could not stop laughing.

In the first innings of Australia from the Indian team, excellent bowling was seen from Mohammad Siraj. Siraj took 4 wickets while giving 108 runs in 28.3 overs.
