Applications for UGC NET June Cycle will start from today i.e. 10 May 2023, Wednesday and the last date to apply for them is 31 May 2023, Candidates meanwhile fill the online application form. This exam will be organized in the month of June. Exam dates are from 13 June to 22 June 2023.
how much is the application fee
To apply for UGC NET exam 2023, general category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 1100. While the candidates of General – EWS, OBC – NCL category will have to pay Rs 550 as fee. The fee for SC, ST, PWD and transgender candidates is Rs 275.
what will be the exam pattern
UGC NET exam will be conducted for 83 subjects. The exam will be in CBT mode and there will be two papers in the exam. One paper will be general and one will be subject specific paper. The medium of the exam can be either Hindi or English. Plus 2 marks will be given for the correct answer while there is no negative marking.
what is the age limit
Age should not be more than 30 years to apply for Junior Research Fellow of UGC NET exam. Age will be calculated from 1 December 2022. Reserved category will get age relaxation. There is no upper age limit for the post of Assistant Professor. Any candidate can apply.
