Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination. The written exam will be conducted in prelims and mains stages. The Preliminary Examination will be written in one and a half hours with 100 multiple choice questions for a total of 100 marks. The main examination will be conducted for two papers in an objective manner. The exam will be conducted in two and a half hours for 200 marks out of 155 questions in the first paper. Paper II will have 3 questions of 50 marks. The exam should be written in an interval of 30 minutes. This means that the main exam will be of 158 questions out of total 250 marks and the exam will be conducted in three hours.
