Requirement: For H-1B visa, you will need a job offer from a US company and a bachelor’s or higher degree in a related subject. H-1B visa is usually only for 3 years, but if you need more time then it can be extended for another 3 years.
4. Rest Visa: P-1 visas include people going to the US to participate in sports or entertainment programs. Whereas O-1 visa is for people having special skills in arts, science or athletics. The J-1 exchange visitor visa is for people participating in the exchange program. In addition, spouse or dependent visas also exist.
