UPSC IRMSE 2023: This news is very useful for those who want to do jobs in Indian Railways in 2023. From now on, the Union Public Service Commission will organize the Railway Management Service. This has been confirmed by the Ministry of Railways. IRMSE i.e. Railway Management Services Exam will be held in two phases. First there will be a screening test. After this main test and interview will be conducted.
In the first phase of the Railway Management Services Examination, all the candidates will have to appear in the pre exam to be conducted by the Civil Services. After that one has to be prepared for the main written examination of the second phase. There will be four papers of subjective type. There will be two qualifying papers in which 300 marks have been fixed. These papers will include one of the Indian language chosen by the candidate as Paper-I and English language as Paper-B. Whereas, there will be two papers of 250 marks for objective type subjects. Apart from this, an interview of 100 marks will also be taken. The syllabus of this exam will be same as that of Civil Services Exam.
If we talk about age, service and categories, then they also have the same equality as in the Civil Services Examination. UPSC will prepare and announce the list of candidates with the suggestion of four subjects in the order of merit. UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2023 is to be conducted on 28 May. Whereas, the main examination will be conducted on 15 September 2023. While candidates will be able to apply for UPSC Civil Services Exam 2023 from 1 to 21 February.
