Holi is going to be celebrated on March 8 (Holi 2023 Date) in almost all parts of the country and Holika Dahan (Holika Dahan 2023) is on Tuesday, March 07. Let us tell you that according to the information given on the official website of National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange, on March 07, trending will remain closed in both NSE and BSE. There will be normal business in the market tomorrow.

This demand was made regarding the holiday of March 08

According to the information given on the website of NSE and BSE, Holi has been given a holiday on March 07 while Rang Wali Holi is going to be played on March 08. In such a situation, Stock Broker Association ANMI had written a letter to the Securities and Exchange Board of India and appealed that the stock market holiday should be changed from March 7 to March 8. According to the notification issued by the Central Government on June 22, 2022, all central offices of Delhi will remain closed on March 08 due to Holi. Even after the request of the Stock Brokers Association, no update has been issued regarding the holiday of March 08. In such a situation, there will be normal business in the market on Wednesday, March 08.

The market will remain closed on March 30 as well.

Apart from this, the stock market will remain closed on the day of Ram Navami i.e. 30 March in March. There will be no trading on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange on this day. Due to the holiday of Holi and Ramnavami, the stock market will remain closed for a total of 10 days in the month of March, including Saturday and Sunday holidays.
