How to make Ayurvedic paste
- You do not need all these things while preparing the paste for yourself. Rather choose some of these things according to the requirement of your skin. For example, if your skin needs nutrition only for detoxification and maintaining glow, then you just prepare a paste with moong dal, honey and rose water.
- If you have acne problem, then prepare a paste with moong dal, rice flour, honey and rose water.
- For the removal of dead cells and the problem of black heads or white heads, prepare a paste by mixing almond powder, honey and rose water in lentils. This coating will be better for dry skin too.
- If your skin is oily, then prepare a paste by mixing gram flour, honey and rose water in lentils.
How to make paste of lentils?
Soak lentils in water or rose water before sleeping at night. As per your requirement in the morning, grind it in a mixer by adding almonds, rice or gram flour with honey etc. Your Ayurvedic paste is ready.
How to apply paste of lentils?
- Before applying the paste on the skin, wash and clean the face and neck thoroughly. If you have come from outside, then definitely do facewash.
- Wipe the face lightly and apply the paste on wet and soft skin.
- After 25 minutes, spray rose water on the face or with the help of cotton, soften the paste again by applying milk.
- Now remove it while cleaning the skin with this paste like a scrub.
- Wash face with fresh water.
- Apply this paste every other day i.e. except one day and feel the difference in the skin within just 10 days.
