In such a situation, since the beginning of the year till now, the total number of companies has increased to 33,600.

Maximum establishment of these category of companies

According to the report of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the paid up capital of the total companies established in May is Rs 722 crore. It is worth noting that the paid-up amount is the amount for which the shares are issued to the shareholders and it is also paid by the shareholders. At the same time, the value of the total authorized capital of these companies is Rs 2,611 crore. According to the report published in Live Mint, 900 of the established companies are related to the agriculture sector. And the number of companies related to business service is 2,480. At the same time, a total of 2,600 companies are related to the manufacturing sector. Many companies in real estate, rate, construction, trading, finance, storage and communication have also been established in May.

How many companies were established in April

A total of 16,000 companies have been set up in the month of April. It is worth noting that with the establishment of new companies, the number of jobs in the country will increase. While the establishment of new companies is a good sign on the one hand, on the other hand the challenges for these companies are no less. Startup companies have been struggling with lack of funding for a long time. In the midst of such global recession, these companies will have to work harder to increase their business.

Highest company registration in these states

According to the data of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, there are more than 1.5 million private limited companies registered in the country. It is worth noting that one-third of the total private limited companies are related to the business service sector. And 13 percent of the companies are involved in trading. Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi have maximum number of trading companies. The government checks these companies from time to time and keeps on closing the registration of companies without any function.
