Judgment question?
According to the BBC report, Union Minister Smriti Irani said that the Maulana Azad National Fellowship is different from other fellowship schemes implemented in higher education.Overlaps. Minority students are already covered under such schemes. At the same time, raising questions on the overlap of the scheme, Professor Vivek Kumar of Jawaharlal Nehru University said that the government has fixed a certain income of the family to take this fellowship. The question of overlap does not arise anywhere. If the family income is more than the prescribed limit then no student can take it.
