Ingredients of Jowar Cutlet

1 cup jowar flour

1/2 cup grated cabbage

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup grated carrot

1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves

1 tsp garlic paste

1 tsp ginger paste

1/2 tsp ground cumin

salt as needed

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp curd

1/2 tsp dried mango powder

1/2 tsp red chili powder

2 tbsp vegetable oil

How to make jowar cutlets

Add jowar flour, chopped cabbage, onion, carrot and green coriander in a bowl. Now add ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper, curd, dry mango powder, cumin powder and red chili powder. Mix them well.
