  • Peel the peas, wash them thoroughly and grind them in the mixer.
  • Grind it coarsely and prepare a paste and keep it in a separate bowl.
  • Now grind coriander, green chili and ginger garlic in a mixer and prepare a paste.
  • Cut the boiled potatoes into small pieces, as well as finely chop the tomatoes and onions and keep them separately.
  • Now heat ghee in a pan, add half a teaspoon of cumin seeds and fry the potatoes and keep it aside.

  • Add rock salt, red chili and garam masala powder to it and let it cook on medium flame for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • In the meantime, add fried potatoes to it and let it cook, as long as it cooks, it will become such a delicious Nimona.
