  • 750 grams parboiled rice
  • 1 tsp saffron
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil

How to make Hyderabadi Biryani

1. First clean the meat. After cleaning the meat, add meat, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, green chili paste, fried brown onions, cardamom powder, cinnamon, cumin, cloves, mace, mint leaves and lemon juice in a pan .

2. Mix all these ingredients together well.

3. After mixing all the ingredients add curd, ghee, half cooked rice, saffron, water and oil. Mix all these things well again.
