All these samples were tested in which samples from Mumbai and Mulund failed in the test.

A show-cause notice has been issued to the company after samples of Johnson Baby Powder failed in the FDA’s investigation. The FDA found in its investigation that many such things have been found in this powder, which can harm the skin of young children. Along with this, the company has been ordered to withdraw the product and the license of the company has also been canceled. The FDA has taken this action under the Drug and Administration Act, 1940.

Johnson’s baby samples failed the test
The pH values ​​in Johnson’s Baby powder have not been found as per the standard. The FDA had sent samples of Johnson Baby Powder from Mumbai, Mulund, Pune and Nashik to the laboratory in Kolkata for testing, whose report has now come. In this test, the pH value in the powder has not been found as per the standard. Since then, the FDA has canceled the license of Johnson & Johnson’s baby powder and ordered the product to be removed from the market.
