Charles has been a part of West Indies’ 2016 ICC World T20 winning team. He was also a part of the 2012 team. KKR has included him in the team by paying Rs 50 lakh.
Significantly, Johnson has played 48 ODIs for the West Indies. During this he has scored 1283 runs. He has scored 2 centuries and 4 half-centuries in this format. Charles has played a total of 224 T20 matches so far. During this, 5607 runs have been scored. He has scored 3 centuries and 32 half-centuries in T20 format. His best score has been 118 runs. Charles also has a good record in wicketkeeping. He has done 5 stump outs in T20 format. He has taken 82 catches.
