The condition of Cheteshwar Pujara has been worse than that of Virat Kohli. From the year 2021 till now, Pujara has scored just 326 runs in 15 innings of 9 Test matches at home grounds. His batting average has been 23.28. Pujara has also been able to score only two half-centuries during this period.

R Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja and Akshar Patel have better batting averages than Kohli and Pujara in Test matches played at home grounds since 2021. R Ashwin has scored runs at an average of 26.56 during this period. At the same time, Ravindra Jadeja’s batting average is 44.75 and Akshar Patel’s batting average is 38.20.
