5G Services: Network intelligence company Ookla has prepared a list of expected trends of 2023 of the telecom company. Ookla is known for its internet speed test service. Ookla’s Speedtest Intelligence data reveals that mobile data speeds in India have increased over the last 12 months. The data shows that the average download speed was 18.26 Mbps in November 2022, and 14.39 Mbps in November 2021. Apart from this, India has climbed seven levels in the Speedtest Global Ranking from 112th in November 2021 to 105th in November 2022.
So many people want to upgrade to 5G
According to the Ookla consumer survey, 89% of people intend to upgrade their network to 5G, while only 2% do not want to do so. Furthermore, data from Speedtest Intelligence has shown that there is a wide range of 5G download speeds, ranging from 16.27 Mbps to 809.95 Mbps. According to Ookla, these speeds will become more stable as the network moves into the commercial stage.
