Kalonji seeds contain nutrients like vitamins A, C, K, iron, phosphorus and potassium. To lose weight, you can consume fennel in these ways-
Method 1: With Honey and Lemon
Take a pinch of fennel seeds (5-10) and grind them finely and make powder. Add fennel powder to a glass of warm water and mix it well. Add a teaspoon of honey to it and squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Mix everything well and consume it on an empty stomach.
Method 2: With Lemon Juice
Take 8-10 fennel seeds in a bowl and squeeze the juice of half a lemon into it. Now keep this Kalonji in the sun for 1-2 days. To lose weight, take 2-4 fennel seeds twice a day.
Method 3: Take it straight with water
Take some fennel seeds and swallow it with warm water or put 8-10 fennel seeds in a glass of water and leave it overnight. Take out the seeds in the morning and drink the water of Kalonji.
