According to the report of Economic Times, people having knowledge of this matter have told this news. This service of Jio Mart was launched in March last year. Through Geomart’s Service Express, people used to get delivery of goods in just 90 minutes.

What will happen to the customers of Jio Mart’s Quick Delivery Service Express?

Customers of Jio Mart’s quick delivery service will no longer be able to download Jio Mart Express app from Google Play Store and its website is also no longer active. Instead it is taking customers directly to Geomart WhatsApp. Through Jio Mart WhatsApp service, customers can get delivery of goods in a few hours and sometimes even till the next day. This is completely different from the service of Jio Mart Express, delivery service could be achieved in just 90 minutes through the service of Jio Mart.

Service was first launched in Navi Mumbai

This only means that Quick Delivery Service Express is no longer available on Jio Mart. Jio Mart’s delivery service through WhatsApp is a partnership between Meta Inc and Reliance Jio Platforms. Jio Mart Express was first launched in Navi Mumbai and surrounding areas and the company plans to expand it to 200 cities.

Why is the service stopped

Talking to Economic Times, sources said that Reliance Retail does not want to be in this type of business anymore. After the boom seen last year, the company experimented with running the business of express delivery, but it is not being run further.
