Jio 5G Service: Reliance has started rolling out its Jio 5G services in select cities. For now, the service of Jio 5G has been started in 4 cities – Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Varanasi. The company has claimed to bring 5G services across India by December 2023. It should also be clarified here that even if 5G is available in your city, it does not mean that all 5G smartphones will be able to connect to the Jio 5G network. According to the latest reports, 5G phones with certain bands will only be able to support Jio’s 5G service.
Jio had said that it will inform its customers about the launch date of 5G services in their respective cities. You can also check them by visiting MyJio app and website. However, if you are living in a city where Jio has already started 5G service and you are still unable to connect to the network, then you should check the compatibility of your phone. Here we are showing you the list of Jio 5G supported bands along with 5G smartphones, which will support Jio 5G.
