ISRO and Microsoft join hands to strengthen space tech startups

Space Tech Startups India: Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) and Microsoft have entered into an MoU for the development and strengthening of Space Technology Startups India in the country. The objective of both these institutes is to strengthen space tech startups across the country with technology tools and platforms. Along with this, to provide them market support, mentorship and to help them become enterprise ready.

This partnership will strengthen ISRO to harness the market potential of space tech innovators and entrepreneurs in India. Due to this collaboration, space tech startups identified by ISRO will be linked to the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub platform.

What did ISRO say, the economy will get benefit

Regarding this agreement, ISRO Chairman Dr.S.Somanath (Dr.S.Somanath, Chairman, Indian Space Research Organization) says that with our alliance with Microsoft, space tech startups will get AI, machine With the help of state-of-the-art tools like learning and deep learning, analysis and processing of large amounts of satellite data for various applications will be beneficial. He said that we are very happy to work together to help entrepreneurs, and this will benefit the Indian economy as a whole.
