Telugu Titans vs Puneri Paltan: Puneri Paltan defeated Telugu Titans 26-25 in the 27th match of Pro Kabaddi League (PKL). In the match that lasted till the last raid, Paltan got the benefit of the mistake of Titans and they have won the second consecutive victory. Titans have got the fourth defeat of this season. Paltan’s game was not very good in the match and they got this victory only because of unnecessary mistakes made by Titans.

The first half was very slow

Both the teams started the match very slow and decided to play on do or die. The problem for Puneri was that Aslam Inamdar was not running. Titans did not give place to Siddharth Desai in the starting seven. Monu Goyat could not open the account even after doing four raids. By the time half time, Paltan had taken the lead 11-9. Aslam fought relentlessly and could take only one point in five raids. However, Mohit Goyat did a good job for his team by taking four points. Titans sent Siddharth to the mat in the 16th minute and he did a good job scoring three points in five raids without getting out.

Puneri Paltan won in the last raid

In the second half, there was further improvement in the game of Paltan and they took a five-point lead in the match by all outing the Titans in the third minute. After being all out, Siddharth reduced the gap for his team by raiding two points. Titans were trailing by five points in a row due to lack of points from players other than Siddharth. Vinay hit a super raid in the 15th minute and Titans leveled the score. The score was level till the last raid and it was a do or die raid for Paltan. Monu Goyat made a mistake in this and gave Aslam a raid point.
