Material
- Potatoes boiled two cups
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup crushed almonds
- Oil 3 to 4 teaspoons
- 2 cups oil for deep frying

- Ginger finely chopped one teaspoon
- turmeric half teaspoon
- Red chili powder half teaspoon
- Green chili finely chopped 2 teaspoons
- green onion half cup
- lay eggs
- flour one cup
- Bread Crum 1 cup
Method
- First heat a pan and add oil to it.
- After this add cumin, green chillies, ginger, crushed almonds and mix well.
- Now add turmeric, red chili powder to it and add mashed potatoes and salt and cook for three to four minutes.
- Now remove this mixture from the gas and add finely chopped onions to it.
- Let the mixture cool down and give it a cutlet shop
- Now keep all purpose flour in a plate, beaten egg in a bowl and bread crumbs ready in a bowl.
- In the first step, apply flour on the cutlets, then add beaten eggs to it, then coat them in bread crumbs at the end.
- Coat all the cutlets one by one like this and now put the pan on medium flame.
- Add oil to it and deep fry the cutlets.
- When the cutlet turns deep brown from both the sides, take it out and keep it on a tissue paper so that its extra oil comes out.
- Your almond cutlet is ready. Serve it with hot chutney.
