- 3/4 gram coriander powder
- 2 onions
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Refined oil as required
- 2 pinch black salt
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 31/2 cups hung curd
- as required Tamarind paste

2 tbsp beetroot cut into strips
2 tbsp carrots cut into strips
1 tbsp coriander leaves
How to make Dahi Samosa Chaat
- To make this wonderful chaat recipe, knead a soft dough by mixing flour, salt, butter and carom seeds with a little water. Rest the kneaded dough for 15 to 20 minutes.
- When you microwave the potatoes, blanch the peas for about 2 minutes. After melting the potatoes in the microwave, mash them and peel them.
