Indian Premier League 2023: Australian fast bowler Josh Hazlewood played his first match after the first half of the 16th season of IPL. Hazlewood got a chance to play in the match between Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and Royal Challengers Bangalore on 1 May. Now raising questions about his playing in the IPL, former Australian captain Michael Clarke said that he does not know why Hazlewood is playing in the IPL at this time.
Michael Clarke further said in his statement that I know he must be bowling a lot in the nets over there in the IPL to prepare himself for Test cricket. But I don’t know how well bowling three or four overs at the moment will reflect his preparation ahead of the Ashes.
