  • If you do not want to eat after chewing the leaves, then apply a few drops of peppermint oil on your hand and smell it, the problem of nausea will not bother you.

During pregnancy, you can drink lukewarm water mixed with half a lemon, two pinches of black salt and a little sugar in the morning. This will also give you relief in coming. Because the neutralizing acids present in lemonade help to calm the non-essential activities happening in the stomach, pancreas and gall bladder.

  • cumin powder
  • You chew fennel with sugar candy and eat it and calm the mind.
  • Chewing green cardamom immediately and eating it will also calm you down.

  • Eating cumin powder mixed with fennel powder and boora also provides relief in morning sickness.
