Know the rules of Pro Kabaddi League

If the whole team is dismissed by another team, then it gets 2 extra points. This number is called ‘Lona’. The player who is out first comes on the field even after being alive first. No part of the body of any player should be touched outside the field, otherwise he is declared out. A line remains behind the defenders from which they cannot go out.

Some main rules related to raiders

A time of 30 seconds has been set for raiding and if the raider does not come in his half before this, then he will be out. If the raiders do not score a point in two consecutive raids, they will have to do a third raid do or die. In this raid, the raider does not have to return without taking a point because without returning the point, he will be out.

Key rules related to defenders

When there are six or all seven players on the mat, the opposition raider can take a bonus point. They must have one foot in the air and the other across the bonus line at the same time to receive the bonus. Bonus will not be available if there are five or fewer defenders. Super tackle will be on if there are three or fewer defenders on the mat. In such a situation, if the raider is caught, then the defending team will get two points instead of one for the tackle.
