To make this delicious Oats Barfi, soak 1 cup oats in 1 ½ cups milk in a bowl. Meanwhile, take 1 cup of figs and soak it in warm milk. Take a blender and blend soaked oats and figs. Take a pan and add ½ tsp ghee to grease the pan and pour in the mixture and cook till it becomes thick and creamy. Add crushed nuts and dry fruits, mix well. Put it in a tray greased with ghee and let it cool. Cut into desired shape and enjoy.
Dry Fruits Ladoo
Make these quick and tasty laddoos at home by roasting 2 cups of mixed nuts like almonds, cashews, pistachios, peanuts. Once done, grind them into a coarse powder. After this, put ½ cup jaggery in a pan and make a thick syrup by adding water, pour it over the powder, add ½ tsp cardamom powder, 2 tbsp coconut powder, mix all together and make small laddoos.

Gajar ki Barfi is a quick and tasty sweet recipe which can be prepared within few minutes. Take 2-3 carrots and grind them into a fine paste using a blender. After this take a pan and pour 2 cups of milk in it and keep stirring. When the milk becomes slightly thick, add carrot paste, cardamom powder and stevia to it as per taste. Adjust the sweetness as per your liking, let the mixture thicken, pour it into a greased tray and keep it in the fridge. Cut into desired shape and enjoy.
