During his stay in Delhi, he stayed in the palace of Raja Jai ​​Singh, he served and took care of smallpox patients, but he himself fell in the grip of this disease and in 1664 he died in Jyoti Jot, indicating Tegh Bahadur, the next Guru of the Sikhs.
