There are many hurdles in starting the flight
It is worth noting that even though the airline has made a plan to start operating its flights again from May 27, but there are many problems in it. First of all, the airline’s lessee companies have demanded the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to withdraw the delisting of its 45 aircraft, challenging the decision of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) by terminating the agreement. The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has reserved its decision on this matter and its next hearing will be on May 22.
