Then cut it into small pieces. Now put these pieces in the mixer and mix a little milk in it. Take a pan and put it on the gas and add ghee to it. Now when the ghee is hot, add ginger paste to it and fry on medium heat for five minutes. After some time add sugar to this paste and let it dissolve. Keep stirring the paste continuously so that it does not burn. When the sugar dissolves, add cardamom to it. Now place butter paper on a plate. Now apply some ghee on this paper. Then put the paste in a plate and spread it evenly. When the paste cools down a bit, cut it in the shape of barfi. Tasty ginger barfi is ready at home.
