How to use Clove Oil

  • Massage clove oil mixed with almond, olive oil or coconut oil even if there is tightness in the chest. Keep in mind that as many drops of clove oil, take twice as many drops of other oil.
  • Do not use clove oil mixed with mustard oil on the skin. Because both these oils are very hot, so mixing them on the skin, there is a risk of reaction.
  • If you have trouble in breathing or if you are having problems due to cold, then you can also take steam of this oil. Although it gives more benefit than applying it on the neck and chest.
  • If you have a problem of itching or rashes, then you can mix it with almond oil and apply it on that place.
  • You can stop the pimple from growing by using this oil even when the pimple comes out. For this, with the help of ear bud, apply a little clove oil directly on the pimple. Use only twice a day. Pimple will be completely cured in 2 to 3 days.

Who should not use clove oil?

  • Do not use if you have problems with anaphylaxis.
  • Do not use clove oil if your skin is very sensitive.
  • Avoid using clove oil if you have a bleeding disorder.
  • If you have the problem of low blood pressure or low blood sugar, then you should not use clove oil in food at all.
  • Using clove oil without diluting it in water or in large amounts in food can cause nervousness, nausea, vomiting, throat irritation or respiratory problems.
