Ingredients of Mango Chaat
500 grams raw mango
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
2 onions
3 green chilies
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chaat masala powder
2 cups puffed rice
1/2 cup nachos
2 tomatoes
2 boiled potatoes
1 tsp red chili powder
black salt as needed
for garnishing
5 tbsp sev
6 tbsp coriander leaves
How to make Mango Chaat
step 1- Put a pan on medium heat and put puffed rice with peanuts in it. Fry for about 5-10 minutes till they become crispy. Remove from the flame and let it cool down.
Step 2- Take a big bowl and put finely chopped raw mango, mashed boiled potato, finely chopped onion and tomato in it. Mix all the ingredients well. After this add chopped green chillies, roasted peanuts, crushed nachos and roasted puffed rice. Toss ingredients to mix.
Step 3- Now sprinkle chana masala, red chilli powder, chaat masala and black salt as per your taste. Toss the mixture to evenly coat all the ingredients with the spices. Pour lemon juice on top and mix well again. Take it out in a serving bowl and put sev on it along with chopped coriander. Serve immediately to enjoy.
