National Single Window System: The new rule is going to be implemented for all the states in the country. This new rule will be applicable for all states, union territories and 32 departments of the central government by December this year. On Thursday, this information has been given by a top official.

This new rule is a single window system, which will promote Ease of Doing Business. The official informed that the approval and demand for business will be easily fulfilled under the Single Window System. It will change the way of doing business. The official said that once the demand is met and approval is granted, it will be easier to do business.

This rule is applicable in these states

Single Window System is already implemented in 19 State/UTs and 27 Central Government Departments including Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Goa, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Karnataka. In the joint meeting of the India-Japan Trade Cooperation Committee, Secretary Anurag Jain said that Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) will get a boost from this.

What will be the benefit of single window system

Implementation of this system will reduce duplication of information submission to various ministries, reduce compliance burden, speed up project completion and ease of starting a business. Jain said that both the central and state governments will join under this. In such a situation, Ease of Doing Business will get a boost in the country.

Jain said that by December 2023, all 36 states and union territories will be connected and all 32 departments of the central government will be connected. Jain said that there are immense possibilities of investment in India. He said that the single window system makes identification, application and approval easy for all state and central departments.
