Material
- Onion – finely chopped 2
- Curd – 2 cups
- Red Chilli Pouch
- Green chili finely chopped – 1
- Raita Masala – 1 tsp
- Cumin – 1 teaspoon
- Sugar – 1/4 tsp
- Green coriander – 2 tbsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- salt to taste
Raita Recipe
- Finely chop the onion, after that finely chop the green chilies and green coriander.
- Now add curd and a little water in a vessel and beat it well.
- The curd has to be beaten until it becomes very smooth and thin.
- Now put some oil in a pan and keep it on medium flame for heating.
- When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds and chopped green chillies and fry for a few seconds.
- After that add onions and fry lightly on low flame
- Now put the beaten curd in the pan and cook
- After 1 to 2 minutes, add red chili powder, sugar, raita masala, salt to the curd and mix it while stirring.
