This is a very important time. This has to be done within a time limit, otherwise the heart muscle cells can be damaged in many ways. Angioplasty is known as primary angioplasty. In cases where this is not possible, an intravenous clot buster is given. Although Clot Buster is a simpler option.

How is angioplasty done?
Patients who are at risk of heart attack or stroke, nowadays instead of heart bypass surgery, angioplasty is done. According to the condition of the patient, they are given angioplasty.
There are three types of angioplasty?
balloon angioplasty
In the case of balloon angioplasty, a catheter-shaped thin long tube is inserted into the damaged artery through a small incision in the arm or thigh. blood to the catheter with the help of X-ray
Passes through the circulation to the artery. A balloon attached to the catheter tip is then inflated inside. The inflated balloon presses on the plaque, after which the artery is widened. Once the artery is cleared, the blood circulation in the heart gets restored. Stents are used during balloon angioplasty.
laser angioplasty
Catheter is used in laser angioplasty but laser is used instead of balloon. Heart blockage is eliminated by taking it to the plaque through laser. For your information, tell that what kind of plaque is used in the same way as balloon and laser.
atherectomy
If the blockage of a patient’s artery is very high. Which are not ending with balloons and lasers. So it is removed through atherectomy. In this surgery, the plaque is completely cut through a surgical blade. An attempt is made to remove the damaged artery from the walls of the heart with the help of a surgical blade.
