Delhi Capitals beat RCB by 6 wickets, Bangalore got fifth consecutive defeat of the season

Womem IPL: The 11th match of Women IPL was played between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Delhi Capitals. In this match, once again RCB has faced defeat once again. With this year, RCB have lost 5 matches in a row in the Women’s Premier League and so far they have not won a single win in this tournament. In the match held on Monday, Delhi Capitals defeated RCB by 6 wickets.

In this match, Delhi Capitals decided to bowl first after winning the toss. Wicket-keeper batsman Richa Ghosh came on the field for RCB and she supported Alice Parry by scoring 37 runs in just 16 balls and helped RCB’s innings to reach a respectable score.  On the other hand, Alice Parry crossed the RCB boat by hitting consecutive fours and sixes. Ellis Parry played an unbeaten inning of 67 runs in 52 balls. He also hit 4 fours and 5 sixes in his innings.

RCB had a slow start

RCB started their innings very slowly. They scored only 63 runs losing 3 wickets in 12.3 overs but after that Ellyse Perry and Richa Ghosh hit a lot of fours and sixes in the last five overs and took the team’s score to 150.

Talking about bowling, Shikha Pandey did the best bowling from Delhi. He took 3 wickets for 23 runs in 4 overs. At the same time, Asha Shobana did the best bowling for RCB. Asha took 2 wickets for 27 runs in 4 overs.
