Indian Premier League 2023: Nothing has gone right for the Delhi Capitals (DC) team in the 16th season of IPL. The team has faced defeat in all the 5 matches played so far. Now the franchise has called Abhimanyu Easwaran and Priyam Garg, the unsold players during the auction, for trials in the middle of the season.

So far, very poor performance in batting has been seen from the Delhi team. In which the team had lost 9 wickets during their innings in 3 matches so far, whereas in one match the whole team was all out. Apart from captain David Warner in the upper order, no other batsman has seen a better performance at all.

Players like Prithvi Shaw, Lalit Yadav and Yash Dhull have seen very poor performance with the bat so far this season. Most questions are being raised about the place of Prithvi Shaw in the team, who has appeared in the team as an impact player in the last few matches.
