Choice filling for NEET UG counseling round 1 begins today, see full details

UG Counseling 2022 Round 1: The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has started the choice filling and locking process for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG 2022) counseling from today i.e. 15th October. An MCC official said that the reset/unlock registration link is now activated for UG Counseling 2022 Round 1.

Candidates can lock their choices by visiting the website mcc.nic.in till 11:50 pm on October 18. At the same time, the facility of registration and fee payment for Round-1 of UG Counseling 2022 is available till 9:00 PM on 17 October 2022. MCC will conduct NEET UG counseling for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government colleges and 100% seats in Deemed/Central Universities, ESIC/AFMS, AIIMS, JIPMER and B.Sc Nursing.

NEET UG Counseling 2022: Step by Step Guide to Fill Choice

1. Visit the official website of MCC at mcc.nic.in
2. On the homepage, click on ‘UG Medical Counselling’ section
3. Click on the link “New Registration Round 1”
4. Enter your login credentials along with NEET UG roll number, password, security pin and sign in to the portal
5. Go to the Choice Filling Portal and fill as many choices as possible in the order of preference
6. Lock the choice and click on submit tab
7. download and print

The internal candidates will be verified from October 17 by the respective universities/institutions. The seat allotment will take place between October 19 and October 20. NEET UG 2022 counseling round 1 seat allotment result will be declared on October 21. As per the NEET UG counseling schedule, candidates will be able to report for admission in colleges between October 22 and October 28. After the result of Round 1, the registration of Round 2 will start from November 02.
